Priority orders will be shipped between Christmas and New Year

All mainland UK deliveries -
Small, medium and large items - shipping is included in the price - nothing more to pay.
Choose either shipping Option 1 for medium or large items or shipping Option 3 for small items.
(Don't worry if you can't figure out the weight. Choose either option and we will sort it out anyway.)

Option 1 UK mainland deliveries by courier - shipping is included.
This is for items totaling over 1.5Kg in your shopping cart. Under 1.5Kg choose Royal Mail Option 3. See notes below
This is a standard delivery and takes from 1 to 3 days, however, most items arrive next day with a few taking 48 hours.

Option 2 and 8 UK Offshore islands including Northern Ireland & Southern Ireland
UK - Medium sized products that go by courier - £15.00 (For small items up to 1.5Kg see Option 3 below)
The £15 charge includes dishes up to 85cm.
Option 8 (1 large box at £35) - for larger dishes of 90cm - 1.05m choose option 8. Additional small or medium
items can be added to the box including LNBs and wall mounts. We should be able to include a receiver as well.
Over 1.05m is by email quotation - for "large" items to a UK offshore island, choose Option 1. Shipping will be quoted
and paid for later through a shipping payment link on the site.
Southern Ireland - All small and medium sized items - £15 fixed rate. Even includes full systems
including dishes up to 85cm. For larger dishes of 90cm - 1.05m see the £69.00 international option below.
Over 1.05m is by email quotation. Choose the international email quotation option below.
Large items - email quotation - please note -
1. Items described as "large" in your shipping cart - e.g. dishes of 1.1m & larger or 2m poles, shipping is by email quotation.
2. Some products may have "shipping included" to offshore islands and Southern Ireland but ONLY if stated next to
the product on our web site. If so, you can select Option 1 or 3

Option 3 All UK including offshore islands - shipping is included.
(Includes Northern Ireland) Small items go by Royal Mail. Shipping is included in the price. This is up to 1.5Kg.
Over 1.5Kg choose a courier option. Does not apply to Southern Ireland. For Southern Ireland choose Option 2
This is a standard delivery and takes from 1 to 5 days, however, most items get there in 2 to 3 days.

Options 4, 5, 6 and 7 - UK priority delivery options -

For goods to leave us the day you order, orders must be placed before 12.00 noon on a Monday and before 2.00pm
Tuesday to Friday. Sometimes we are able to ship goods after these cut off times, but you would need to
ring us to check if this is possible.

There is a "next working day" shipping option at £6.50, a "next working day by 1.00pm" option at £9.50 and two
"Saturday delivery options" depending on the weight of the items. Saturday options are £15.00 up to 2.0Kg by
"Royal Mail Saturday Special Delivery" and £30 by Saturday courier. We are not open on a Saturday morning so it
is a good idea to obtain the tracking number on a Friday so that you can monitor the
parcel's progress on a Saturday morning.
There are some exceptions - special order items - (this would be stated next to the product on the site) may take
2 to 3 days. Products requiring programming may take an extra 24 hours. Very large dishes - e.g. the 1.8m and 2.4m
dishes may take 48 hours. Some offshore islands may take 2 to 3 days. If you pay with a credit card that is NOT a
UK bank or the billing address is not in the UK, there should be no problem or delay if ordering on-line, however,
telephone orders may not ship the same day that the order is placed. Online orders are processed more quickly as
on our main web site at www.satellitesuperstore.com you are charged when you place the order
through a Barclays Bank gateway.

International delivery options -

Please note that online orders are shipped out faster than telephone orders.
When you buy goods online on our main web site at www.satellitesuperstore.com your card is charged while you
are online and the order usually ships the same day if received before the cut off time.
International telephone orders have to be checked and processed manually and this can take 24 - 48 hours.

Choose the £38 by standard courier option - up to 5 Kg. Most items are delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
Additional small or medium items (not dishes) can be added to the box - up to 25Kg for only £38.00
If under 5 Kg and in one box (e.g a receiver), a faster courier option is also available at £48.00
Items described as "large" in your shipping cart - e.g. dishes of 1.1m & larger or 2m poles, shipping is by email quotation.
For "large" items choose the "International quote by e-mail" option. Shipping will be quoted and paid for later through a
shipping payment link on the site.

Countries within the EU. (2 Boxes. e.g. a satellite receiver and a satellite dish)
Choose the £59 by standard courier option. Most items are delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
Additional small or medium items can be added to the boxes including wall mounts and ground stands.
Items described as "large" in your shipping cart - e.g. dishes of 1.1m & larger or 2m poles, shipping is by email quotation.
For "large" items choose the "International quote by e-mail" option. Shipping will be quoted and paid for later through a
shipping payment link on the site.

Countries within the EU. (1 large box - dishes from 90cm to 1.05m)
Choose the £69 by standard courier option. Most items are delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
Additional small or medium items can be added to the boxe including LNBs and wall mounts.
We should be able to include a receiver as well.

Countries within of the EU that are VAT exempt.
Please note that you will initially be charged the VAT but it will be refunded when your order is fully processed.
Usually the VAT is held as a credit against the shipping charge. If the shipping charge is more than the VAT credit
a payment link is sent to you to pay the difference. If the VAT is more than the shipping charge a refund is done
for the value of the difference.

Countries outside of the EU. Small items (up to 1.5Kg) by Royal Mail.
Choose the £15 by International insured post option.
Please note that you will initially be charged the VAT but it will be refunded when your order is fully processed.

Countries outside of the EU. Medium and large items - choose the "International quote by e-mail"
option. Here you will pay for the goods ONLY. On our site the VAT is included and this is held as a credit towards
the final shipping charge. After the quote for shipping has been offered and agreed, a second charge for shipping. This
will be reduced by using the VAT credit and a top up payment (if applicable) will need to be made. If the VAT credit
exceeds the shipping charge a partial refund will be made.



More Information.

Goods that are in stock. Out of stock items .....

At any instant in time 95% of the goods on our web site are in stock.
Providing an order is received before the cut-off time we try to process it and
send it out the same day. Usually we succeed in getting 100% of "in stock"
orders out the same day. If an item is out of stock it is likely we will ship
the goods with that item to follow.
When there has been very heavy ordering we may only achieve 90 - 95% of these targets
and the rest the orders go the following morning. This is most likely to happen on a Monday
due to heavy ordering over the weekend. (The cut off on a Monday is 12 noon).
International orders may take a little longer to process, typically 24 - 48 hours.

Goods that are out of stock.

This can happen again due to heavy ordering of particular items taking us
by surprise. Or, manufacturers imposing a delay when we re-order.
Indeed there can be many reasons especially when they concern goods
that are imported. Usually the delay is not more than 24 hours before
most goods come back into stock. If it is going to be more than a few
days we contact the customer by e-mail to see what they want to do.

Special orders.

We do have a small number of products on our site that are special orders.
That means that they are non-stock items and are ordered in specially for
the customer. We make available special order items for two main reasons -
1. They may be items that we do not stock but we are prepared to order in
from a manufacturer specially for a customer.
2. Sometimes products are specially manufactured for the customer (like a wall mount
or ground stand). Special order items cannot be returned for a refund or changed
for an alternative product if the customer changes their mind about needing the item.

Urgent?

Ring us if you have a special requirement.

If the goods are urgent (e.g. sometimes people are leaving the country and
need to take them with them) tell us and we will do our best to comply
least reply if there is going to be a delay.) Send the e-mail just after
sending the order. Include your order number in the e-mail. There is an
e-mail link at the bottom of every web site page.

Returns that are not collected.

When a customer is notified that an product needs to be collected.
We can only store the item for up to 3 months.
After 3 months it will be disposed of.

Returns and faults

Please do not return a product without making contact using the technical line (see invoice),
seeking advice and agreement and booking in a return on our web site. You will need a returns number.
Goods should be returned in their original packaging and protected by outer packaging like an outer box.
When returning goods to us, a product must be packaged so that the manufacturers packaging is not damaged.
e.g. a receivers etc. should be packaged in an outer box to protect the manufacturers box.

All returns must be booked in by either telephone or by e-mail where we have replied and agreed to a
request for service or return. 95% of all faults can be sorted out over the phone or by e-mail without
ever having to return a product. Do not return a product without making contact, talking to an engineer,
and (if the fault is more serious) booking a return in advance. Do not send goods back without a covering
letter or the goods will not be examined until you eventually ring in. We do not have time to guess at
the fault symptoms or wonder who sent it (Phone No. also required)

Refunds are not possible for smart card subscriptions. Once a card has been started, the subscription
runs for a year and cannot be stopped.

Your cancellation rights.

Returns within the EU are dealt with in accordance with the "Distant selling regulations S.I 207/2001."
If goods are ordered in error they consumers can return the item within 7 days of receipt of the goods for
a full refund (excluding shipping charges).
Please note that if goods are ordered in error and then returned within this time scale, the shipping
charge to the customer is not refunded. Also note that the customer is responsible for the safe return
of the goods to us. The return address is on your invoice.
It should be noted that goods should be returned complete and in good condition otherwise a refund
may be refused. we would recommend that goods are returned in the outer packaging that was used to
send them out in. This protects the goods and the manufacturers packaging from damage
and courier stickers. Please return them with the same care and (if possible) protective
outer packaging that was used in the shipping of them to you.
Refunds are issued with 30 days.
Please note that if goods are ordered in error and return the item within 7 days of receipt of the goods,
If goods were sent out with "delivery charges included" that means that a percentage of the price is in
fact the delivery charge. A return would therefore have this delivery charge deducted from the refund.
These delivery charges are,
Items under £300 - delivery is 10% of the total charge.
Items over £300 - delivery is 5% of the total charge.

Zero rating the VAT for EU companies.

We can only zero rate the VAT within the EU if the company provides their VAT number
and requests zero rating when the order is made.
IN THIS SITUATION GOODS CAN ONLY BE SHIPPED TO THE REGISTERED COMPANY ADDRESS.

Waste disposal of old equipment.

If you are buying a new product from us and you already have an equivalent product that now needs
to be disposed of, maybe it is faulty or out of date and needs to be upgraded, you
can, if you wish, return the old item to us for disposal at our trade counter. The address is shown
on our contact page, and the opening times are also shown on the same page.
(e.g. Old for new - If you are buying a new satellite receiver and would like the old receiver to be
disposed of, hand it in at our trade counter and we will dispose of it for you.)
This is a free service and it follows the guidance of the Waste Electrical and
Electronic Equipment Regulations 2006.

Recycling reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods
to landfill. Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should be marked with the
crossed-out wheeled symbol and be disposed of separately from normal household waste
